The winding road from Muro to Planes allows you to discover villas, forgotten by inconsiderate and hasty tourists. This is the case for Benimarfull. In this tiny town a renowned spa cured misery and relaxed muscles and hearts, from 1846 till 1936. Its interior offered its visitors hot spring baths within the cosy walls of a beautiful modernist building.
After the Spanish Civil War the spa of Benimarfull was used as a religious centre and a lodge. Three years ago, the villa was transformed into a rural hotel, offering comfortable accommodation and meals in its restaurant.
The comfort of its large rooms, beautifully decorated with architectural elements acquired by the owners over many years, is a pleasure to the eye and the result of their aesthetic taste. A walk through the surrounding grounds offers the most spectacular entourage of rural bourgeois. We refer to our landscaped garden with lofty trees and a private pool discreetly hidden in between decorative arches.
